Why use Credit Crunch UK ?
We are not the only claims management company in the market, but we believe that we have the edge when it comes to customer service, attention to detail and professionalism. As a minimum, a credible claims management company will have in-house financial services, banking, and insurance expertise. We have industry experience in all of these areas. On top of that, we have a management team with a proven track record of growing companies that stand out from the crowd when it comes to quality of service. Our statement “representing the consumer” is central to everything we do, but it doesn’t end there. In order to deliver a high-quality service, we work hard at maintaining good working relationships with the organisations that are the subject of your complaint. We spend more time preparing your case, but in doing so we make the whole process much more efficient.
Do I need to use a claims manager ?
Our customers tell us that we offer very good value for money. They also tell us that by using our service, they feel more optimistic about reaching a favourable settlement. The choice is of course yours and you are fully entitled to make a claim yourself. If you decide to represent yourself, there is no reason why with enough time, tenacity and knowledge you wouldn’t be successful. We would however urge you to consider whether you have the time, the experience, the industry knowledge and the appetite for it.
How long will it take until a decision is reached ?
We will work proactively, so that your case is paid due attention and investigated in a timely fashion. The timeline from start to finish will depend on the circumstances of your case and the course that the complaint takes. There are obligations for firms to acknowledge and respond to complaints and we will ensure that these are met. As a guide, complaints normally take 8 to 12 weeks to resolve but it can be longer in some cases. Once we have reviewed your case, we will give you an idea of how long it should take and thereafter provide you with regular updates.
How does your relationship work with your solicitors regarding invalid loans and credit cards ?
For our clients who would like to clear either or in fact both their loan and their credit card debt, then we work with our preferred solicitors who specialise in litigation claims against national and multi-national organisations. As specialists in their field they have the necessary in house legal expertise required to bring a case of this type against the lenders.
Whilst the solicitors will take full responsibility for processing your claim, in the unlikely event that you become dissatisfied with the service, Credit Crunch UK will ensure that your complaint is dealt with swiftly.
If you have any specific questions or issues you would like to discuss then please do give us a call or email us at enquiries@creditcrunchuk.org.uk
